Run the two-code compatibility check
Read the complete model from the purifier rating label and the full part or cartridge code from the installed filter. Confirm both identifiers in the current replacement listing’s compatibility details instead of relying on brand, shape or a broad “compatible” claim.
Product families can contain several sizes and generations that look nearly identical in photos. If the listing does not name the exact model or original filter code, keep looking rather than buying by appearance.
Compare the complete filter stack and seal
Check whether the original system uses one cartridge or separate pre-filter, particle-filter and odor-control layers. Confirm what the current package includes; a physically compatible frame may not provide every layer the original system used.
Compare dimensions, frame shape, gasket or edge seal, pull tabs and airflow direction. Remove shipping wrappers only when the manufacturer instructions say to install, and never trim or force a cartridge that is not specified for the purifier.
