What this site records
The first-party analytics service records page paths, stable interaction identifiers, placement labels, event times, a short-lived random session identifier and entry domain. It is designed not to store query strings, names, email addresses, form answers, full IP addresses or full browser strings.
Smart product identification
When you choose the smart finder, a photo is resized and re-encoded on your device before it is sent through Cloudflare to Amazon Bedrock. The service can read labels, describe distinguishing physical features and compare those details with grounded product information. A follow-up description or photo is processed only when you submit it. Supporting source links may be displayed with an inferred model. Refill & Replace does not store submitted photos or descriptions, raw label text, generated lookup queries, prompts, raw model responses, source URLs or unconfirmed model candidates. It instructs the service to exclude unique serial numbers and personal information.
Aggregate product trends
Confirmed non-personal product details, such as a category, brand, reusable model or part code and replacement type, may be retained as aggregate demand totals. An inferred model is not included in those totals unless you select or enter it. These totals are not attached to a session, browser, IP address or person.
Security and device storage
A signed, HttpOnly first-party cookie supports abuse limits for the smart finder. Its daily pseudonym is deleted within 48 hours and is not used to build a browsing profile. If you choose Save on this device, up to 12 replacement searches are stored only in your browser local storage until you clear them; they are not synchronized to Refill & Replace. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals when the smart finder is used.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 measures sessions, page views, navigation and outbound interactions. Its default web collection can use the first-party _ga cookie and process approximate location, device, browser, referrer and page information. Product photos, descriptions and exact product codes are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services
Cloudflare provides DNS, HTTPS, hosting, email routing and security and may process request information under its privacy terms. Amazon Web Services provides the Bedrock model and grounded product lookup used for voluntary product identification. Model invocation content logging is disabled for this feature.
Retention
Raw first-party interaction events are designed for deletion after 90 days. Daily aggregates may be retained for up to 25 months. Smart-finder abuse pseudonyms are deleted within 48 hours. Google Analytics data follows the property retention setting, and Cloudflare security records follow the applicable service settings.
