Find the right replacement

Find your label maker tape refills

Start with the brand and exact model you already own. Add the old part, filter or cartridge code if you can find it, and we’ll build a targeted Amazon search from those identifiers.

Not sure where to find the model?

Look for a reusable model identifier on the product label, not the unique serial number. Good places to check are the underside or back of the device, inside a removable bin or battery door, the charging/emptying dock, the old cartridge itself, the manual, or your original order history.

Search Amazon with these details

Still verify before buying: the Amazon listing should explicitly name your exact model or the same replacement/part code. Similar appearance is not enough.

Fast rule: the exact model, cartridge or part code beats appearance. If the listing does not clearly name what you own, do not force the match.

Read the tape family code

Check the empty cassette, printer label or manual for the tape family. Search the family code and printer model together.

Tape width alone is not enough: multiple cassette systems can produce the same nominal width while using different housings and print technology.

Choose width and color after fit

Once the cassette family is confirmed, select the supported width, tape color and print color. Verify that your specific printer accepts that width.

Specialty tapes such as flexible, extra-strength or fabric-oriented media may have additional use restrictions, so read the application guidance.

Keep one common cassette spare

If the label maker is used for shipping, storage or office work, the most common tape width is a sensible item to keep on hand.

Store sealed cassettes away from heat and moisture, and keep the packaging until you know the replacement prints correctly.
